We hope that this message finds you and your families in good health.
During these very challenging times the safety and care of our patients and staff is our greatest concern.
The government recently (and very suddenly) announced that dental practices are allowed to open from 8th June. This is great news for both our patients and the practice. However, we will not be re-opening until it is SAFE for all to do so.
We will schedule a carefully planned, phased resumption of service to account for social distancing measures and the delivery of safe care to ensure we protect our patients. Our first priority will be the management and care of patients that have suffered urgent dental problems during the lockdown period. We have a comprehensive list of all patients that have contacted us during this period and will be contacting you in due course. At this time, we would kindly request that patients do not contact the practice to arrange a routine appointment.
Our initial phase of re-opening will be limited to the management of urgent dental problems. For anyone experiencing a dental emergency, we remain available to remote triage and advice.
We will inform you of any further developments and of our scheduled re-opening date on this website, so please check regularly.
Thank you to you all for your understanding and patience in these very difficult times. Your loyalty to the practice is much appreciated and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we can SAFELY do so.
From all of our team here at Lime Grove Dental Care
