Denplan - Dental Patient Membership Plan

Passionate about what we do, at Lime Grove Dental Care we aim to ensure that each and every one of the valued patients that we see each have the opportunity to benefit from healthy gums, fresh breath and a confident smile in an affordable, convenient and professional way.

One of the key ways in which we aim to do this is through a choice of Denplan budget schemes that allow our patients to budget the cost of their dental care. 

The packages we offer are:

Denplan Hygiene recommended for low risk patients who would like regular cleans.

Denplan Essentials recommended for medium risk patients who feel they would benefit from a annual check up.

Denplan Care recommended for high risk patients who would like tretment to be included in the monthly payments.

We offer a children package with 3 tiers depending on your childs needs.

Denplan Hygiene

Denplan Hygine is a routine hygiene plan recommended for low risk patients who are dentally fit who would like regular cleaning appointments. 

• Band A Hygiene - £10.30 per month
• Band B Hygiene -  £20.60 per month

What's incuded?

Band A Hygiene - One Guided Biofilm Therapy** appiontment per year. 

Band B Hygiene - Two Guided Biofilm Therapy** appiontments per year.

What's excluded: 

Band A Hygiene - All additional treatment and appointments.

Band B Hygiene - All additional treatment and appointments.

Patients are welcome to add a surcharge of £37 for a Oral Helath Assessment* during routine appointments. 

Missing regular Oral Health Assessments every 12-24 months may result in termination of the contract.

Denplan Essentials

Denplan Essentials provides an easy and affordable way to look after your smile and to budget your ongoing dental care by providing you with routine dental examinations and dental hygiene appointments. These plans are recommended for medium risk, but otherwise dentally fit, patients who feel they could benefit from an annual check up.

£27.79 per month

What's included?

One Oral Health Assessment* per year

One hygienist visit per year

Class 1 fillings (simple shallow fillings on the biting surface)

Treatment for up to Stage 2 Periodontal Disease

What's excluded?

All additional treatment and appointments.

Denplan Care

Denplan Care is a budget scheme which enables you to pay for your routine dentistry via affordable monthly payments – so by joining, you can rest assured that you have access to all the dental care you need for a healthly smile, and that you won’t be receiving any unexpected dental bills.

After an initial assessment by one of our dentists of your oral health, you will be advised which fee category you fit in to. This is based on the amount of dental treatment you need in order to achieve, and maintain, optimum oral health.

These plans are recommended for high risk patients who are dentally fit and would like for treatment to be covered by their monthly payments.

Band D Care - £46.19 per month

Band E Care - £58.37 per month

What's included?

• Routine dental examinations with your Dentist or Dental Therapist
• Routine scaling and polishing with your Dentist, Dental Therapist or Hygienist
• Preventive dental advice and therapy
• Dental x-rays (as required)
• Fillings (which have been diagnosed as clinically necessary)
• Extractions (whch have been diagnosed as clinically necessary)
• Periodontal (gum) treatment
• Crowns, bridges, dentures, inlays (*excluding laboratory fees which are charged seperately)
• Root canal treatment
• Prescriptions

Bespoke recall.

What's excluded?

• Cosmetic dental treatments
• Laboratory fees
• Referral to a specialist and specialist treatment
• Treatment carried out anywhere other than by your registered dentist, except when you need temporary emergency dental treatment

Denplan also offers a Supplementary Insurance for 60p extra a month and Implant Upgrade Cover for an extra £2.25 a month. 

Supplementary Insurance:

• Emergency dental treatment in the Uk when you are more than 40 miles away from us. 
• Emergency dental treatment overseas, up to £470.
• Up to £12,000 for treatment towards oral cancer.
• Up to £62 for each night spent in hospital under the care of a Maxillofacial Consultant for detal treatment. 

Implant Upgrade Cover:

• Up to £2,100 per dental implant if you sustain a dental injury. Maximum £20,000 per insident.

Childrens Plans

Denplan Child Plans are a budget friendly monthly payment sceme designed to maintain childrens oral health with routine dental visits. 

Child A - £5.15

Child B - £14.08

Child C - £15.00

What's included?
